Abstract

Frequently, decision-making groups are paying much more attention to establish a consensus among its members instead of evaluating the alternative solutions/discussing the consequences and risks, are failing into agree the most properly decision according to the situation. How a constructive pattern of thinking could be established among the members of such a groups? This article promotes the existence of such a pattern of thinking called teamthink, which is useful to organizations and groups. Also, the article is ment to be a comparative perspective between groupthink and teamthink.
