Abstract

The aim of this paper is to emphasize the implication of group decision and groupthink in organization taking in account cases and theories which shows in which way those acts like. The article will also provide ways of counteracting the groupthink phenomenon once it has developed as well as how to prevent it from happening in the first place. Organizational goals are often displaced by a pattern of thinking that develops within organizations. This article also will highlight the importance of organizations concentrating on psychological sub-goals that will lead to harmony within the organization and ultimately, a desired result in the main, major goals of the organization.
