Abstract

The typology of societal tranformations outlined by the information society includes: technological and economic systems, institutional changes and values and ideology changes. Every evaluation of information society for a region or a population will analyse: the acces to new technologies, Internet connexion price, computer use and competence and online public services. In this article we analysed indicators for penetration of new technologies in a population and Internet rooms of acces for youngsters, from international and Romanian perspective.
