Population growth had an important influence on architecture, as it determined increasing of construction volume, especially houses. Built houses are meant to endure for few generations. One of the problems is the function of building space as it was initially conceived. Another lifespan usually starts after one or two generations - after people forgot whether the building had good results in terms of cost, comfort and general public landscape. Often times the building is considered as an artistic object which fosters different opinions.
